I had you pegged as being smarter than Sal.

Hillary Clinton (private citizen), hired a US firm, who contracted with a retired Brit to investigate.

Donald Trump (govt employee), used the Office of the POTUS to contact the head of another state, and said "work with my personal attorney and use the power of your office to dig up dirt on my political opponent (while I'm holding the purse strings to $)".

You really don't see the difference between a private citizen using his/her resources and going outside the realm of govt to "dig for dirt", and a politician using (ABUSING) the power of his/her government position to dig for dirt?
