right to set eligibility parameters for their volunteers, as long as they aren't discriminatory in nature. The 501(c)(3) organizations have a right to choose volunteers that are in the best interests of their non-profit/charitable organizations.
This would apply to all 501(c)(3) organizations (churches, United Way, Red Cross, etc.)
