in no way affects that Isaiah lived in the 8th century and Isaiah 44 & 45 talk about Cyrus of the 6th century.
And the Jewish Bible was likely completed in it's current form in the 5th century by Ezra. That was over 2500 years ago, well before the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Try doing actual study not spewing out unrelated nonsense.
