It's already easy to do that, as we all have seen for years.

What it would actually do IMO is allow Martin and coaches at similar schools to Mizzou make a case to players that they can get those shoe deals here just as easily. Rather than having shady shoe reps and agents working backroom deals with dirty assistant coaches, it's all out in the open. The system benefits everyone—players and schools—instead of just those willing to play in the mud the most.
