it can be that 4th or 5th team consistently.

That means being in the top 5 of the conference for multiple years in a row and make the tournament.

Since joining the SEC, Mizzou has only had two top 5 finishes: 2013 and 2018.

Prove you can be that program with consistency first. The closest we were to getting back to that level of consistency was under Mike Anderson, who unfortunately failed to recruit to sustain that.
