Those underrated players are usually your foundation players in a program. Guys that will be around for 4 years and give you experience and leadership.

Also usually not going to leave a program if they get passed up in a rotation.

An example is if a guy like Pickett gets passed up by brown or watson this year I doubt he makes a big deal about it and mess up the team chemistry like a higher rated player might. He will just go to work and try and get his spot back.
