They are very inefficient.

And they actually spread diseases much more than our system. They make just enough for their own family and a bit to sell down the market.

But they are, just like us, industrializing their production as they now have tens of millions in the cities that need food.

And what is the government there doing...buying up the family and their farm and moving that production to industry.
