and I don't see where he's showing a bias. He's simply stating over and over that law enforcement can spy with a warrant.
Likewise, you can spy on the POTUS with a FISA warrant, if you can get one issued.
Now, whether Comey lied and relied on bad info to get the warrant issued is another discussion altogether. That goes to the warrant process - and the Judge who issued it has a duty to ask relevant questions as well.
