you hire a group that thinks in similar fashion, and they become the experts in that philosophy or you hire a group that has diversity that allows them to debate amongst themselves the different philosophies.


The problem with the former is that is not really good from a teaching standpoint as those students here great arguments on one point of view, but weak ones on others....the problem with the latter is you may not get the best of each philosophy as they may not want to be as much around people that disaagree with them all the time.
