a diverse workforce or did they succeed by assembling the best people possible whether the sources were diverse, homogeneous or in between? If diversity is their strength then they should simply review resumes and put together the most diverse workforce possible? If diversity is their strength then be as strong as possible. Right? You don’t need talent. You just need diversity. Right?

We all know the answer. Flail away.
