You probably still believe in the Donald Trump philosophy of having a powerful CEO surrounding himself by a bunch of yes man.

That tends to lead to failure more often than not.

Agree with 90Tiger, diversity, like many other terms, has been hijacked by politicians and as with most politicians is only skin deep. Good companies have diversification as their strategy, not as a counting mechanism to check superficial boxes

See the Japanese for examples of corporate failures because they all think alike
