with China is going to work without leverage? The ONLY way to negotiate with China is to hurt their interests. Everyone knows tariffs are bad for both sides, Trump knows it too. But you have to actually leverage China, and tariffs are the only way to do it with them. You have always failed to see the big picture with this.
