although I would suggest if you really like it, stock some in your freezer when deals come forth. We might be in a run of some beef like prices for pork in the future. It will likely be cheap this fall, but could get quite expensive next year.

beef prices are inflated because a bunch of packing plants close when beef supply was low, and they are not opening. It is the processors right now that are making money on beef.
