hard as someone else really has no material impact on being compensated like someone else? That is the ultimate participation trophy argument.

You can work your ass off. If that work does not produce a monetary value that allows for the paying of more compensation, all you are getting is charity. And, you are taking from someone else to get it.

We have become a very ignorant people.
