if your coach leaves or is fired? I think that's something that absolutely needs to be a rule. Whether or not people want to believe it, these kids come to a school to play for a coach and if the coach decides to leave for more money or is fired, the kids are stuck playing in a situation they didn't sign up for. They need to be allowed to play immediately in these situations.
