Missouri men's basketball coach Frank Haith has a position to fill on his coaching staff.

Missouri confirmed Tuesday that assistant coach Mark Phelps is leaving the program after just one season. It's expected that he will be named an assistant at Marquette on new coach Steve Wojciechowski's staff, according to an ESPN report.

Prior to arriving at Missouri, Phelps was the head coach at Drake for five seasons from 2008 to 2013. Before that, he was an assistant at Arizona State and North Carolina State.
