1. Good luck on getting him to answer truthfully. Many have pointed out that when he failed to renew the Carter Page FISA warrant, he was essentially admitting there was nothing there. He shifted to obstruction very early on.

2. He has already acknowledged this fact, one day after his presser. He signed a DOJ statement that said the OLC opinion was not a factor in his failing to come to a conclusion on obstruction.

3. Bet he blames Rosenstein's scope memos.
