1). When did he know collusion was a hoax (odds are within a month or two of accepting the position)?

2). Did he tell Barr the OLC opinion was not the only factor in his decision to punt on obstruction?

3). Why did he act as a tool for Congress, when he was clearly hired by the executive branch?

Number two could get him in a lot o hot water since there were multiple witnesses in the room, which would mean his presser was extremely misleading.

Number three creates a constitutional issue.

Also, your theory of Trump attacking Iran to take the attention off of Mueller is pretty dumb considering he could just use executive privilege.
