You're not a deep thinker, are you. Mueller fired his best shot in his dossier and it came up far short of Dem expectations. They had to resort to a novel and untested legal theory to kind of, sort of hint that Trump might have obstructed justice. Now the Pubs on the committee, will have a chance to investigate the Mueller team's actions and thought processes. It is a no win scenario for Boy Scout Bob.
