factored in but it would indeed be interesting to figure out how they actually assign ranks. Some considerations:
-not all kids have verified numbers
-I doubt that verbal offers are easy to verify
-selection on regional or state all-star lists is verifiable but how would you have that influence a score?
-it would be difficult for them NOT to consider financial factors (e.g., what schools have offered, and how many paid eyes are on those boards).
If I were doing it, I think I'd try to make it as simple as possible, using verified numbers from camps, plus, possibly, some score for being selected to an all-city or all-state list. Has to be an inexact science but the numbers are what they are -- if a kid gets to a camp, at least you have those.
