attends one of their camps or not. If you don't attend one of the Rivals camps, you probably suffer the consequences. Plus, I have to think their ratings are skewed somewhat by location, in that players from recruiting hotbeds such as Florida, Texas, California, Louisiana, Georgia are deemed better due to the level of competition in those states.
