and I think he’s right. There may be an appeal process to that but don’t know what it entails. Same reason I think that WBB transfer Shug Dickson doesn’t play this year.
If that’s the case with Dandola that’s a shame. The bright side is LA is building some serious talent and depth for the pitching unit here. In 2021 the 3 promising freshmen coming in this year will have a year of seasoning and coaching, and Dandola will still have 2 years of eligibility remaining. Plus whoever else we get in the next year in terms of freshmen and/or additional transfers.
These quality kids who Coach Anderson initially recruited to come to Hofstra clearly have a great deal of respect and admiration for her: Wert, Cornell, Dandola, and Schumacher all wanted to follow her here, and 3 of them are going to end up here, eventually.
