sitting POTUS had no bearing on Mueller's decision.

Mueller did not challenge Barr on that today. He needs to but his big boy pants on and say definitively if he did not charge b/c of that policy or b/c he could not prove the elements of the crime.

currently, he's trying to have it both ways. which is EXACTLY why prosecutors should not do this kind of crap. either charge or shut up. And that goes for Comey regarding HRC too.

the whole idea of a bogus conspiracy investigation being obstructed in any material way is laughable.
