Whether anyone wants to believe it or not the head coach of any football program needs to be the best salesman.

Does Saben coach his defense or offense ??? Does he call the plays or does his coordinators do that job.

He’s the face of the program, he needs to spend time raising money, recruiting talent, keeping everyone on the same page.

Whether you’re selling people on donating money, getting a player to attend the program or pushing your brand nationally on television you have to be the best salesman.

WHen it comes to the NFL draft you spend a lot of time promoting your players to scouts... it appears at least to me Odom is not a salesman he can’t sell the program to Missouri players, and he can’t promote his players to NFL scouts.
