Whether or not he PUBLICLY Obstructed Justice does not mean ****.

Also, based on legal precedent, whether or not he committed an underlying crime has no bearing on Obstruction.


The last two impeachments had to do with Obstruction of Justice. Its not a political game. This abuse of power cannot go unchecked.
