which they got all the profits? I seem to remember the MU game being on that platform and deciding not to pay for it to give money to Iowa St. Now they just gave that revenue to ESPN.

I'm a little surprised that ku's tier 3 rights weren't withheld like OU & Texas. I heard countless times how much money they make off of it because of their basketball brand. It was so valuable to them that they just gave it to ESPN.
