A lot of guys they're going after are in good spots they may not be ready to leave from yet.

Chris Beard makes 3.175M at Texas Tech, and just finished his first of six years in that contract. Dunno how much of a raise Arkansas can give him that will make him move, especially if he knows Texas is likely to open up soon.
