... the reasons Norm was fired.

They were supposedly going to transfer, unless we cow-towed to their millennial sensibilities.

In a way, this was the first time where we saw the inmates taking over the asylum.

In Norm's last year, we finished in 2nd place in the Big 12.

Over the next 19 seasons, we haven't won a single conference title, and we've finished as high as 2nd place only 1 time.

But at least we got Dooling for 1 more mediocre 18-13 season
