He could find a coach who fits his program AND is a great recruiter, but the first priority is always gonna be fit.

He was able to land Jaylen Brown, Ivan Rabb, Robert Hubbs, Jarnell Stokes all at previous stops without needing to lean on assistants. It may take longer for it to develop here, but he'll get his share of talent his way.
