Didnt Syracuse do it a few years back.

Problem with your example is that Mizzou played a team playing their 3rd game in 3 days, just as Mizzou was doing. If Mizzou makes the championship game on Sunday, they would be playing their 5th game while Kentucky or Tennessee would be playing their 3rd game. But I hope you realize this
