Despite him visiting Mizzou 4 times in the last year and Martin (or Hollender) in contact with him nearly every day allowable?

It's because Martin doesn't play the game that way. You hear that code a lot, that Martin appeals to the parents but for some kids it isn't resonating with them. That's coming from the third parties involved.
