what makes Javonte Smart or Silvia De Sousa so special that these coaches make such arrangements. And the answer of course is nothing, they are low level run of the mill type of recruits to those programs.

The only thing unique in their specific cases is they got caught and exposed. Almost every player in the last 10 years at those programs has probably gotten similar or more lucrative offers.
