Federal funds pay for the doctors, the building and all the equipment but when an abortion is being performed suddenly it is a separate enterprise.

If I get caught cooking meth in my back shed do they only confiscate my shed or do I lose the house as part of my criminal enterprise?

The VA governor was on the radio a couple of weeks ago discussing what happens after a live birth. The left champions any abortion, any time for any reason.
