how hard is it to learn about the Constitution? Granted there is a lot of misinformation out there, not the least of which is due to the fact the event took place a couple hundred years ago.
The independent and sovereign states formed a confederation and in doing so formed a republic with a governing structure to deal with common interests and affairs. Even though Lincoln destroyed this with his tyrannical and terrorist campaign, it’s still the truth.
The constitution does not apply to you or me or to Hans or Jean Paul or Ivan or Mohammed or Juan or Jiro; it applies to the republic creation of the independent and sovereign states: the federal government (notice the common root of federal and confederation). Every single person on this planet past, present, and future has the same rights as the next. Every one. Every single person on this planet has the same protections under the Constitution when faced against the federal government. Every one including Hans and Jean Paul and Ivan and Mohammed and Juan and Jiro.
