time we see presidential "emergency" declarations.

I can already envision the following from President Warren, Sanders, Harris, etc.:

-health care emergency
-public housing emergency
-student loan emergency
-food nutrition emergency
-climate change emergency

And, does the President set the scope that he must also stay within?

This is really scary precedent, if you ask me.
