campaign, nor contact with Albania. Seems like an ambitious Albanian paid a hefty fee to an American citizen to make donations on his behalf.

Did Obama do anything specifically around that time to benefit Albania? Because if so, perhaps the DOJ and DHS should follow up on it. Seeing as how this happened 7 years ago, I doubt anything came of it.
