1. Mizzou self-reported and admitted the violatons.
2. The tutor's "bad" character doesn't mean she isn't telling the truth. A lot of criminal trials involve people of questionable or bad character.
3. The Fifth Amendment applies only to criminal cases. And the NCAA doesn't need anything more than the tutor's testimony.
4. Mizzou had oversight responsibility for its tutors, responsibility to insure they didn't violate NCAA rules. And it seems to have fallen down on that job.
