No, your assertion is false on at least two critical points.

"Abortions can only occur in the 3rd trimester if it is a nonviable pregnancy and the mother's life is at risk."
vs what the law says:
TWENTY-FOUR WEEKS FROM THE COMMENCEMENT OF PREGNANCY, OR THERE IS AN ABSENCE OF FETAL VIABILITY, OR THE ABORTION IS NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE PATIENT'S LIFE OR HEALTH.
It is false, as I noted in the post you responded to because:
1. You claimed that it is only legal "if it is a nonviable pregnancy" AND the mother's life is at risk."
In fact it is statutorily legal fore either reason, not only if both are present... AND
2. You completely deleted "OR HEALTH" which is the loophole one could drive an army's tanks through. THAT is the loophole that in practice makes it a law legalizing abortion on demand throughout all 9 months of pregnancy. As I stated in the post you responded to, the courts have ruled that "health of the mother" means pretty much anything and everything, including mental stress. In practice, they don't even ask the mother the reason she wants to kill her child/children. If she has the money... or the government will pay for it, and she wants it, she will be able to easily get it, no questions asked.
