would have a little coffee bar and serve pastries inside it (not the main business). Sandwich shop nearby seems to be getting a little worked up about the coffee/pastries. Does seem like there are some politics in play, the landlord does own both spots and also voiced concern about competing w/ the sandwich shop. I feel like this line of thinking is dumb and if anything it would bring more business to the sandwich shop.

Should I:

A. Tell them to f*ck off and find a new place to setup shop?

B. Tell the landlord that we won't have the coffee bar / pastries and then do it anyway?

C. Just don't serve coffee and pastries?
