Pinson and Geist both PGs but are they trying to get in to the flow of the offense

OR

are they trying to create some type of shot for themselves and when it doesn't work
1. because it's a bad play or decision
2. they dont have that type of ability to create those plays and make the correct decision for the team...

just a question something to thing about
