to have a consistent approach to public benefits. If you believe they're coming here to live on the dole, then you've got to shut that off.

If you think they're just coming here to work, then improve that process to get easier entry, payment of taxes, and return. Expand documentation around migrant worker programs.

You have to address those who are already here. Some sort of program, whether that's full amnesty, limited amnesty, or just expulsion if they're caught. It has to be addressed. There are more illegals IN our country than those trying to get in that you'll stop with the wall.
