1) the majority of illegals come through the checkpoints
not crawling through the desert
2) they are already cutting such things as tunnel detection and the coast guard to pay for the wall
IE the wall is going to divert personnel from where it is already needed.
3) won't save a dime chasing down illegals as shown will probably only make the problem worse
