I have never thought...geesh..I wonder how this person got there. That is seriously pathetic that is how you view black people in your life. Did you lose a job to a black person? Or do you think black people are so bad, that they just use loser blacks to fill in positions?

My thought when I go into surgery is the guy has been trained well, has given me the overview of the surgery in a competent way, the hospital has hired trained qualified people to do the work. I also expect the insurance companies that insure me have done an adequate job in ensuring the doctors and hospitals in their network have also done their job in assessing and reviewing them.
