business is best run with diversity. If so, then you'd do what hokie sarcastically said. Which was just diversify as much as possible and forget the rest.

You've given no proof of why its beneficial. Whatever a diverse bunch of employees can do could be done by one of little diversity. And any differences in the groups would be from STANDARDS, schooling, IQ's, experience, etc. The same thing business has used forever.
