to race?
Do blacks and whites think differently, inherently?
Do whites and blacks have different levels of knowledge? Inherently?
Why can't a diverse group of people be 100% black but from backgrounds that include harvard, virginia tech, trade school, wealth, poverty, liberal, conservative, farmer and scientist?
The assumption is that diversity must be race based. It assumes that blacks are monolithic. And that the "black experience" pervades virtually every black person in america.
If a company wants diversity, why does it get lots of different colors where every color must think the same way.
All the different color jelly beans taste the same.
