Sullivan botched the hearing yesterday. Mixed up the dates on Flynn's work as a lobbyist for Turkey and appeared ignorant of the necessary elements of a treason charge. Mueller was not charging Flynn with any crimes other than lying to the FBI Agents. Not a good day for the Judge. I suspect Sullivan wanted Flynn to revoke his guilty plea, so he could free him. The problem is that Mueller has already threatened Flynn that he would go after his wife and son, if he didn't cop to the one false statement charge. All Mueller wants is a trophy from the Trump circle. Flynn wants it all to end. Judge Sullivan isn't cooperating with either of them.
