Yes multiple crimes.
If you spend just a little time investigating this you’ll find this person is involved in probably 4 different felonies. The prosecution has let him off the hook for two of them without charging him. Just today the prosecutor said Flynn could have been charged in a completely different crimes with two of his associates in the transition to the new administration who were just charged yesterday.
So much of the charging documents against Flynn are redacted, but the judge knows all the information. He couldn’t hide his disgust at Flynn and as of today he was very likely going to sentence Flynn to prison time and his lawyers sensed it and agreed to a 3 month delay.
