this simply is false.

the legal issue at hand was in-kind donation.

once again, just b/c he pled to it doesn't make it a FACT that what he did was even illegal. he chose not to fight it.

but he could have and make no mistake Trump would. and there's a near certainty he would beat it.

but i'll play your game and say ok, Trump is guilty of a campaign violation.

you going to send him to prison and impeach him for that?

if so, did you also call for Obama's prosecution and incarceration?

will you henceforth call for anyone regardless of party to be prosecuted criminally and incarcerated for campaign violations?
