When He and TGab were battling in the spring, there was one consistent theme to all of the reports...
Franklin was inconsistent but hit big plays.
TGab was a first down machine....sounds like a game manager.
Now, as a starter, bad Franklin was pretty damn bad. And good Franklin was not great but solid. When Franklin had success and had his good run, he was...primarily healthy and not mentally beat...but playing a more ball control style, which was the opposite of who they said he was early on.
If Bryant can play like Franklin did the first half of 2014, then we'll call his time here a success. Not sure if that is the best we can hope for or not. But, these folks talking SECE title and big rankings are either bat-shlt crazy or effing with everybody. Bryant will not have as good of a season as Lock just had.
The run game will be very important.
