Do you think being black helps contribute to having one third of the wealth of a high school dropout when you have a degree? Or is it all a coincidence

Please tell me the advantage affirmative action is playing here. I can even get into the in's and out's of working as a black man, especially being a salesman and the customer is riddled with skepticism to where you have to bring a white man in to back you up.. I'll await your answers
